In entry previously, I have explain by basic how setting adjustment tappet for proton vehicle Gen2 .Maybe still some are confused or still less understood how way that is actually to be doing setting in cyliderhead from this type .Actually this entry only for them those who still sought find guidance how to overcome noise happened by arrive  or after make adjustment tappet because every time when I enter to column dashboard statistic part and keyword search, most vehicle Gen2 imprinted.So in this entry I will actualize their search so that it will more facilitating without idle away find by using keyword word that is strange 

                                                                      Proton Gen2

Like habit in chapter  car engine care, lubricating oil examination or engine oil must be preferred.If  not right care, it will affect not only in major engine, even will affect in all  component in part cylinderhad especially in liftervalve that is systematic hydraulic.If dirt enter in the part, it will cause particular section will be clogged thereby and will produce sound that is rather disconcerting when we listen it.That why emphasize oil care enjin.Change when time arrives.

Picture above is image cylinderhead Gen2 was expelled from engine blok.I borrow this picture from Mudah. my  because my picture not really clear.In this chapter I will discuss on overhaul in part liftervalve that is troubled only without have to make top overhaul.Just remove first engine oil, then open head cover, camshaft and timing belt.After complete all issued, it will have condition like picture above.Clean waste  engine oil that exist on him with way wipe only to facilitate for you make production job work liftervalve.

Picture above is image Liftervalve.Before  produced all 16 liftervalve, seen you has made sequence sign 123 in intake and ABC in outake start from direction timing belt.Press one by one as strong as possible in centre that looked like knob .If  submerged or have just as spring reaction, mean the liftervalve already troubled.If  in a situation hard when pressed as strong as might mean the Liftervalve in a good situation .Try all and separate which troubled just now to be done cause examination .Move further is cast oil content that occur in Liftervalve with way smash it in surface that is flat and hard like a slice of plate .Look way to produce knob part in Liftervalve.WARNING...do not until knob part exited in state scattered.

Oil content also need to be discarded in that marked no. 1. The numbered 2 is ball beareng which functions to control the entry oil.Dont loss ball beareng because difficult to looking for a replacement .A part which often occurs damages was in small spring part that well off between no 1 and 2.Sometimes it broke caused it could not function to arrest oil from out when camshaft press surface liftervalve.This cause distance between liftervalve and  camshaft fairly large and it will collide among them itself which caused produced him sound noise.At the bottom picture is  liftervalve image was swept oil content that there was inside.Make sure it utterly clean.

After completed process remove oil from Liftervalve, reassemble all part part was expelled .The way to reinstall is by  press  with interested .For beginning is by reentrancy again spring into part that is marked the 2.After tha t reentrancy into part that is marked 1.Its for more facilitating you see diagram sketch under.

Install again all 16 liftervalve that have been completed in the Cylinderhead, and  all completed part  cylinderhead.Fill in again lubricating oil that you produced just now.hehehe do not forget .......Start your car engine and you will hear noise in worried a few  second.Dont worry because liftervalve in oil filling process again after you remove it.OK...finish and good luck trying.
